I've Been busy putting a honda blackbird engine in a peugeot 205,

I've got the engine and dash wired sorted and it runs smile

I know I need to use relays for dipped beam, main beam, tail lights,

I know I need a flasher relay for the indicators but I'm unsure on how to wire it in I will use a on off on toggle switch,
Do the side lights need a relay on the brake lights?

Also do the wipers need a relay I will be wanting them on or off nothing fancy, and also the supply for screen wash pump.

I will be using a durite fuse box.

I've looked at a few wiring diagrams but none shw relays,

Thanks

Side lights and brakelights don't need to run off a relay.

Surely you've still got the majority of the 205's wiring loom in there? Or are you starting from scratch?

I've removed all of the 205 loom as it had been messed with and butchered that much it was a fire hazard see pic,

I've got a fuse box and switches and relays I need to day so I've made a wiring diagram of what goes to what.

I've made myself a diagram to follow, if you think there's anything wrong let me know,

Rear fogs should only be allowed to come on when dipped headlights are on, so you need to modify the diagram slightly
Also, the horn could go on a separate way in the fusebox if you have one, it doesn't need a 25amp supply.

im not sure its a requirement to have the rear fogs wired from the lighting circuit, the switch is independent on my car.
Consider revising the wiper circuit as you seem to be using 2 fuses for it at the moment.

You'll also want to make sure the wiring for the indicators is in parallel rather than series. This will make sure if one bulb blows you still have two others flashing.

The wiper circuit is that was as I have to have a low amp fused supply to the dash mounted switch and the maint fuse labels wipers is the fused supply to the relay. That's why all the switches that control relays are on that fuse.

Fair comment but you want to cause minimal disruption when a fuse blows, if that fuse blows then you loose quite a few circuits.
