How to take them off ?

Folks, need some help, took the car to AK so they take off a stuck locking wheel nut. They removed that, I think, and they replaced all 4 ex locking nuts with these welded nuts with another nut on top. Wtf is that ? Tried to take them out and they just rotate, not coming off. How do I take them off ?

Took the car back to AK and they said they've not seen that kind of work before, even if they've done it, and advised me to go back to Saab and ask them if they can take them off... Mind puzzeling! Took the car to KF and they cant take them off as they dont have the tool. What tool ?

All this AK KF WtF is confusing? So lets get this right? Arnold Clark removed your old locking nuts and fitted these strange ones??You paid them to do the job and now you can not remove your wheels.Go back to Arnold Clark kick up a fuss bang the manager`s desk and get them to sort it,its their problem not yours,do not be fobbed off.
While they are sorting it go for a KFC and calm down??

Heheh, i like that. Arnold clark butchered up my old locking wheel nuts, not sure why as only one was stuck, but hey ho. I didnt pay them as i was disgusted with their service. And now I removed all of them by having to do a bit more welding to make sure they stop spinning. KFC time, woot woot!
