Suzuki DR125 SM Exhaust Trouble

Hi all,
New to forum and wondered if anyone could help me out!
Removing badly split exhaust from above bike and the pipe broke leaving the exhaust manifold stuck solid in cylinder!
Tried plenty of lube, propane heat and still won't budge.
Thinking now of welding either a socket/ ring spanner to it to hopefully turn it out?
And to make things even worse! Stud extractor broke in one of the studs that sheared flush so got that to deal with
thinking of welding a stud to the remaining mangle of bolt so one will "screw in" and one will require a nut.
Typical when its bank holiday and parents going away and need to get to work Tuesday! And missing out on beautiful biking weather!
