Hi all,

Its certainly been a while since I have been a member of a forum, a guesstimate of about 10 years probably!

Anyway, forgive me if I sound noobie, but I know literally zilch about cars and mechanics. Give me computers anyday of the week!

Ok... My question is...

How much would it cost on average for parts and labour for a garage to fit me a new clutch? My service in July 12 said I needed a new clutch, a few other people think my clutch 'feels high' and I have noticed that its starting to over-rev when I put my accelator down. I will get it done but wanted to know how much I can expect to pay out for it.

Many thanks in advance for your answers.

Zad

Sometimes it is better to deal with the matter directly. Give your local garages a ring and ask, you are in all reality going to have to contact them at some point anyway.

Hi Zad,

Do you know an estimate price this would cost me to get fixed so I know whether or not they are ripping me off? I will ring around for a quote but would like a price to go by.

Thanks
