Diagnostic scanner tool help

Ive a BV & Jo diagnostic scanner to read the fault code on a Ford Ka as an engine management light is on.

Unfortunately I have lost the instructions and need to get some more.

tried to contact the company via email ........ no luck

can PH come to my rescue?
