My mr2 battery to alternator wire's connector has broken, its at battery end. I am wondering how do you refit those to wire? it has be those type of connector.

Do i need to solder it or what?

needs to be crimped with a tool as suggested, various tools available to do this. The one shown usually retails for around £300 so not sure how good it would be.

You could simply solder the connection on, but you would need a big soldering Iron or a small blow torch to be it hot enough to get the solder to flow.

I bought this one and works fine (looks the same as above but MUCH cheaper!)
