This is a great gadget used for cutting sheet steel, goes in the end of a normal drill, easy to cut accurately .. or it was until this afternoon.

I've had this for ages, no idea where the instructions etc are, but now it doesn't work .. the punch drops out of the end, and I can't see how it should locate . I have had the thing to bits, as in theory it's not too complicated, but I can't make it work !

Anyone use one of these ? have changed a die/punch ? have the instructions ?

Thank you

Thanks, yes sent them an email... They're in Oz.

Might have sussed it, think an internal grub screw dropped out .... None if this is helping me weld my old Range Rover together ... Spent longer trying to fix this than patch the wheel arches...

Thanks Paintman ...found that, but not the detailed info on how to change the punch.... I was horrified to see the price ! I think I bought mine 20 years ago.,,

I managed to retrieve this from the darkest depths of my mancave

I bought it around 12-15yrs at the NEC Classic Car Show from AB Tools of Market Drayton who were exhibiting there but I don't know if they are still trading. I bought a couple of replacement punches for it a few years ago but that may have been from Turner in Croydon.
They have a website , but no mention of the Nibbler
