Hi

Im helping a mate with a 1991 senator 24 valve, he has taken the ht leads from the distributer and cant remember the order they go back in. Does anyone know. How do i tell on the distributer end which lead is which number if that makes sence?

Thanks

Internet says:-

Firing order is: 1-5-3-6-2-4 CW, #1 is at 5 O'Clock on distributor cap.

Err, I think you should see a mechanic if you can't figure it out from those 2 pics.

Thanks for the pics ( wish mine looked like top one!!!) Only prob is top one contradicts given ratio as the lead going to number one appears to be in the 7 o clock position.

turn engine over by hand and observe which lead the rotor arm fires to and match accordingly
