Any experiences good or bad, there is a Sealy one about 3 times the price, is it worth the extra?

Found some reviews of a cheap one on an American forum, about 3 out of 4 favourable, all stressed patience and precise setting up.

My wheels are not huge, 7 x 15's with 205/60 tyres
