2004 Polo fuse box layout?

Hey, i am having some problems with my 2004 polo, i cant find the fuse box layout. I need it to change the fuse which works the window washer. IT doesnt spray up and same as the back window too. Water has been getting into the spare tyre bay where water is just somewhat puddling. This maybe because the pipe is broken or the fuse is out. I am unsure.

fuse f1 should be the rear washer and f46 the front according to autodata.
can you hear the pump buzzing when you operate either?

Hello buddy, found out the fuse box and card. There wasn't a fuse where it should be, and no fuse will fit.

The washer pump had broken. Not sure how that had happened :S :S
