Some contemporary comments drawing a parallel with current events.

Obviously, the analogy doesn't hold true, since today the mice would all have internet access and would be furiously squeaking away on social media sites about how unfair everything was, and how having to wear teeny tiny little mice masks on occasion to help prevent the spread of mouse-flu was basically outright fascism, and clearly we haven't seen that happening.....
