Unknown Launch - What Could it be?

There was an apparent launch in Florida on New Years Day, however it wasn't from the Cape or Patrick AFB. Interesting footage taken of it, but no-one seems to know where it came from or what it is. Even highly classified launches are registered, we just don't get to know what the payload is. Anyone have any thoughts on what it could have been?

Why can't anybody focus properly. It is just not clear enough to decipher what it is. It could be a genuine launch or an aircraft contrail.

I really doubt it's a launch however because ALL launches, even classified ones, are notified to the aviation community in advance through a NOTAM. Was there a NOTAM in place?

Most likely just an aircraft and a consequence of the light and angle.
