It's supposed to launch in July 2020 and arrive in Feb 2021.

Not seen any comments here yet on PH about this but the European Space Agency has indefinitely postponed the launch of their Exo Mars/Rosalind Franklin mission indefinitely because of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The earliest it could be launched now is 2024 but that is by no means certain.
