Look closely and you'll notice a little "trick" that's done to help disguise the seams! (Obviously, the fit IS very good, but the trick is what makes it effectively perfect at visual tollerances)
The trick is the surface finish on the sides!
The superfinished sides that mate, are, er, superfinished (ie highly polished) and this means they have a very square (perpendicular) refraction. The sides that are presented to show the lack of joins are NOT superfinished, but are actually crossdraw with a matt finish, ie have relatively large (in terms of flatness), lengthwise pattern, that acts to reflect light away at a 45 deg angle. That effectively helps to "hide" the join!
In some bits of the video you see a piece slide into a superfinished section and the join is visible at that point, although the person handling the part does seem to make sure the camera doesn't get too long, or too stable a look at that particular side......

I run a wire EDM machine at work and yeah the accuracy is that good (or can be, depending on settings) I can make a gap or hole accurate enough for a slip gauge or plug gauge slide lazily into it even without trapped air beneath it...
It leaves a dull finish though, smooth as glass, but dull. Either some polishing or possibly different settings than I use is required for that shininess....
