Let me point out immediately not gravitationally, that is a different topic.

I grew up with Patrick Moore, not in the Biblical but 4d spacetime sense of course, so it is an interesting conundrum.

Are science presenters getting more attractive over time and is there an equation?

Could be a way of getting people who aren't normally interested in that type of program to watch.

I went through a phase of watching anything presented by Alice Roberts for some reason...

If so, then there is an inverse correlation with the quality of science programming.

The exception that may just prove the rule is Dr Maggie Aderin-Pocock, I just cannot imagine her lecturing in any university worth it's salt. Her gushing manner seems to be aimed at under-5s.

I tried to convince my missus I watch it with my eldest because it teaches me stuff too (I learnt how water slides work, honest).

She saw straight through my lies.

Attractiveness = (Age + Desperation)

I was glancing through You Tube the other evening and came accross a Megan Fox presented documentary. Can't for the life of me remeber what it was about now.

David Attenborough was considered to be very handsome as a younger man. I think my mum still would biggrin
