Whilst there would appear to be some avoidable issues there such as the valves, things like the sunshield snagging sound like a standard bit of aggro associated with developing something new like this.
If car manufacturers can make a mess of something on a new car using technology that is usually fairly well known then a spacecraft manufacturer doing something new can be expected to have the odd issue. That isn't an excuse for poor management but something people forget in this day & age.
Sometimes the new tech doesn't work so well the first few times around. I am old enough to have seen it happen a fair few times.
