Eric Mc, Have you seen this?
Discussion
Since it's almost all aircraft I saw I posted it here last week - https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&...
NASA is of course, as much an aviation organisation as it is a space one. It does pose a bit of a dilemma sometimes as to where discussion of some of their related works get posted i.e. whether they belong in a "Science" forum or in an "Aviation" forum.
There is currently a thread running on the Buran space shuttle in the aviation forum - so it doesn't just apply to NASA subjects.

Rockets probably need to be in a similar thread most of whats posted is engineering or travel rather than science, the science of launching a rocket is known its just engineered variance in the same way as a boat, plane, train. Bit like your posts...
So I take it by your response you agree. Just need to get a few more votes to get Rockets in to the boats, planes and trains thread as there is little science discussed but lots and lots of Wooo Hooo another launch, isn't that a large one!Truly I would love to see proper science being discussed and await with baited breath to see it happen........but it could be a very long time.
