I've recently used one drain cleaner which contains sodium hypochlorite it didn't do the job.

The next bottle we've got contains lye, sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide

I know there are certain combinations which are dangerous but seem to remember that would need the introduction of an ammonia based one.

So are my two safe to be used in the same drain?

As far as I recall, since they're all alkali, you'll be fine. Don't mix the hypochlorite with an acid though, as it will tend to evolve chlorine gas. Not nice.
