This documentary had been on youtube a couple of years ago but was then taken down. However, it looks like it's back. I remember it being on TV in 1979 although I missed it at the time. I only ever had an audio cassette recording of it.
Much of what was featured in the programme were new revelations in 1979 and it is a bit unique now because so many of the major characters interviewed have since passed on.

Also worth watching is the documentary "The Men Who Walked on the Moon" - which you will see in teh selection of related programmes next to this one. This programme was broadcast on BBC the same night in 1979.
