Pivot/linkage question.

Is this as easy as it looks. Additional pivot points for any bar arms along A,B are allowed and likewise in area C. Force applied at A,A1 only.

Height of C is 1/3 of A,B. The linkage must be contained in area C when in the A,B position.

Or mount it horizontally above a table and let gravity do it..
