Telescope help
Discussion
Hello
looking for a bit of direction on a beginners telescope
needs to be fairly portable and easy to set up mainly for viewing planets and constellations.
budget around £100 but flexible
the following have been suggested??
skywatcher mercury 705(az3)
star travel-80(eq1)
skyhawk 1145p (may be a bit big technical????)
capricorn-70(eq1)
any further that should be in the mix, any recommendations/pitfalls greatfully received.
Thanks to anyone who can assist/point me in the right direction

Take a read through the 2 or 3 continuing astronomer / telescope threads as this question is often addressed.

Whilst I obviously haven't used every budget telescope on the market, I have owned/used several, they were all without exception garbage.
