Oxygen, I need a chemist!

Hello science-mongers. I`m looking for a pH (!) stable slow release oxygen compound. Currently working with Calcium Peroxide but it`s not stable at lower pH of around 6 and gives off H202 instead of sustanined O2, lime and H20. Any ideas?
Don't know if it might be of use, but my sterlizing solution for my contact lenses is hydrogen peroxide and there's a piece of quite slow catalyst metal in the bottom of the container, you could maybe adapt this? Depends how hardcore scientific it is I suppose, though I'm guessing you'd know how to if it was.Shaolin said:

hydrogen peroxide and a catalyst will generate oxygen (+H2O) for you.
or do you want to generate it in situ? otherwise I don't see why the pH is a problem.
I want to generate in situ where pH is 6ish and certain bacteria have to survive the reaction.or do you want to generate it in situ? otherwise I don't see why the pH is a problem.
Hydrogen peroxide has been used in the past but the situ is soil and I don`t want to sterilise it. Hence that brought me on to other peroxides such as magnesium and calcium but they are short lived at lower ph.
I suppose if I could use an inhibitor and pH balancer in a liquid formulation with the hydrogen peroxide that might work? would be good of it did because hydrogen peroxide is so readily available.
Anyone have experience with Ammonium Persulphate? Or Tetra Potassium Pyrophosphate buffered hydrogen peroxide?
