My mate asked me to fix his spaceship today.

I don't really know what I'm doing but I managed to get the reactor to fire but now there's a strange green glow everywhere. Where did I go wrong?

Anybody that's seen the Simpsons could do this surely? Watch a couple of episodes on the tube and you'll have it fixed in a jiffy.

That's the wrong thing, it's a containment breach which is the problem.

OP - evacuate everyone to safety, then seal ship in concrete.

Leave for several thousand years to be safe.

Just a quick one, did you reconnect the flux capacitator to the hyperdrive turbo unit and make sure it was all done up properly? I mean, its a pretty stupid mistake to make if you didn't, as you should really know your way about these, but its only a ten pounds fix from your local independant with a code reader.

I can't believe you tried doing this to a mates spaceship to save a few quid!! You fking idiot!

It is what is bringing this country down and why I can't legally change a fuse in a plug anymore.

I suggest you just drive it till it blows up.

i see where you're going..

it could be the plutonium/tritium pre-mix containment unit ( intergalactic swirl-pot ).. that thing runs at over 900bar @ 1 kelvin. a slight structural integrity breach in this unit, combined with a containment field generator failure can put you "in a heap of trouble son"

biggrin

To be fair, main dealer prices are fking ridiculous these days. They wanted 4000 pounds for a new landing gear shock. It cant cost much more than 100 to buy in and probably only a few hours labour!
