Hello

Just come back from a lovely weekend in Mechelen but managed to get a parking fine. We were told by the guy at the hotel "yes you can park there". This actually meant "Yes you can park there but you have to buy a ticket and you can only park for 2 hours". So ended up with a €20 fine.

Do I ignore this or can they trace us back to the UK?

Many thanks

Mark

I don't think they'll do the effort to trace you...

Don't worry, you'll never hear of it again. And if they send you a reminder, just ignore it.
