Ordered a Solterra?

Well, I’ve pulled the trigger, fisted the kumquat, resisted the frozen sausage metaphor, and ordered a Touring spec Subaru Solterra in red.
3 to 6 months wait, no discount (obvs) and after what seems like an eternity of flirting with buying a BEV I’ve gone and done it.
Anyone else?
Ordered at launch in April without a test drive, something I had not done before and expected at that time in July. Touring in bluey-grey and I think it looks smart on the road. Collected on the 24th November and been enjoying it since. Different driving style and some interesting tips from the Subaru Care app - it does not seem to like my driving style when I brake for traffic lights or other cars indicating late (if at all) for turning. With the cold weather been averaging 2.8 miles/kW, but when the temp has been over 10C, it picks up to 3.1-3.4 miles/kW. Best I have seen is a 3.6 over a 30 mile journey. Comfy enough. With the AWD, it works well on grass and in the recent snow, however not taken it properly off road yet. 3 to 6 months wait, no discount (obvs) and after what seems like an eternity of flirting with buying a BEV I’ve gone and done it.

Bigger than anything else I own, or have owned (see profile), but great for the dog and we can fit the cage in with the rear seats up if we have parents as well as the dog on board. Parents fit in the rear and with the height it is good access. Bike rack is a bit of a faff but works well (on its one use to date). Should I have gone for the alternative that met our spec - the Enjak, I will never know.
2 minor software delivery issues, dealt with by the dealer and had an Outback as a replacement for a day - fair enough swap. 2 non-dealer visit remote software updates so far.
Charging has mostly been done at home, overnight, on electrickery at 11p/kW making it cost effective, even if it does take a while on the 'Grannie cable' (13amp). Not used every day and longest single journey so far 90 miles and charged at destination. I have bought a Screwfix 10m charger that gives the kW used so you can recompense family/friends if you charge at theirs.
With 3 RWD and 1 FWD petrols, the Solterra is more like the UP!, need to keep momentum, anticipate traffic and be gentle. A sort of game, how good can you be. The TVR and Porsche are more,"who cares about the envirnment, point and squirt". I'm sure which 2 of the 5 I will have in my eightys and the Solterra will be one of them.

Similar here for consumption with one notable exception. If the car is left on charge and driven away with a full battery then 4 miles per kWh seems achievable pretty doable in 10/11 degrees - I think that's due to the battery being kept warm (pre-conditioned) when on charge. Not had to return to the dealer yet, cross fingers.Car is actually the wife's but since we got ours in Dec I have hardly driven my i8 - I think it will be a keeper.

Reminds me of when I drove HGV’s, unfortunately the frustration of other drivers who don’t understand the concept of anticipation, gentle deceleration and timing, only became even more annoying
