Evening all, is a decent Impreza classic turbo possible for 6k? or will it be a rust bucket?

If you're talking about a UK Turbo 2000 then I've not seen an unrestored one that isn't rusting for years. Prices for fully restored ones are creeping up so you may get one for £6K but at the same time they'll be pretty rare so you may be looking for quite a while.
