time change

I have a 2012 forester xt. I want to change the time but grrrrrrrrr following the manual feck all works. I have the multi function display. Page 3-55 pic 302044 yep get that then if I pull back on the set button it just goes onto the differant settings I cannot find ot how to get the pic 302415. It just goes round and round the general screens.....HELP....
