2006 Subaru Forester Towbar

Does anyone know where I can get a tow bar for my Forester. I've contacted a couple of firms and they are coming back as no longer available. All the ones I tried on eBay can't get the stock either, although that doesn't seem to stop them advertising them.

what about a used one , mines still bolted to the car , it’s on an 05 sg9 chassis but that should be the same , i don’t use it , slightly rusty but structurally sound as they are built to last

I got one from a dealer on eBay in the end. I think he was in Poland. I can't find the ad now. 3 different places said they could get one, but then had to refund me my money because they couldn't. I would email a few firms and see if anyone has one in stock. I don't believe they are manufacturing them anymore.

I've got a 2006 Forester which I need to get rid of. There's a tow bar on it, which I could try to remove if you are interested.

I can confirm PF Jones don't have them as I've just gone through the same faff!

Managed to get one through eBay (Towequipe). Some Italian brand, but it looks decent to be fair. Mine was for a 2008 SG and it's taken me over a month to get sorted. Hopefully being fitted next week
