Subaru legacy 2014 - Sterring whell Audio Volume button

Hi

So the Volume button on the steering wheel will now only lower the radio/cd/ipod Volume. If i flick it up to turn the volume up the volume actually goes down. In the opposite direct to lower it works as it should.

Has anyone else come across such issues?? what could be the cause?? software update??
