H6 3.0 Parts query

Ok lets get the confession out of the way first.... I have a Tribeca B9 (and I like it).

Does anyone have any decent sources for spares for the H6 3.0 motor? For the rest of the car I'm resigned to scouring either Eastern Europe or USA sites but am hoping I can find something closer to home for engine related parts. Having had a mare this week trying to source an idler pulley bearing (Germany to the rescue) I'm hoping someone can advise somewhere a bit closer to home for future reference.

I got my idler pulley bearings for my H6 outback from a bearing supplier in this country, cheap as chips, overnight delivery. I got the part number from the UK Legacy forum - plenty of people with H6 engines there, and a very helpful bunch.

have you tried your local main dealer? just give them your chassis number and they can source any part ( may be a lead time on some ).

had quite a few bits from them when I couldn't find any on ICP etc.

I've ran a H6 engine for nearly 70K miles and other than consumables, I've only needed the aforementioned bearings. I use importcarparts.co.uk but partsouq.com is frequently recommended.
