hi I have a 97 turbo 2000 engine code EJ20GN just wondering what the price would be to put new valves in the cylinder heads
as my cam belt snapped and the valves will probably be knackered now, would I be better replacing heads or would it be cheaper to change the valves
any advice would be great

What went wrong cam belt wise , snapped when it should not or missed a service , I would get it stripped and see what the damage is you may and I mean may be lucky and have no damage , if you have damage I would then replace what you need , at least that way you know what is what on your car , there are lots of places that can re build and grind the valves in , hopfully no piston damage done

thanks started stripping it today and a cam pulley had broken into bits , belt was fine but a little chewed up due to cam pulley failure, ended up getting replacement engine, wasn't cheap either, just need to swap it over now, probably 4 to 5 days work to do it, then gonna strip old engine and see what's what , hopefully I can rescue it and bring it back to life again
thanks for reply
