2003 WRX plugs, which ones?

My car could do with some new plugs. I'm completely new to Subaru as a brand. Rather than just going down to Subaru and buying standard, is there a plug that is generally regarded as the best one to go for?

NGK PFR7B, by far the most recommended plug for any 2L turbo model. Also a must if you're upping the boost.

Depends on your car, most run 6's as standard, 7's are standard on some newer JDM models.
