Hi All,

Just doing some day dreaming/browsing next car options.

The Impreza S202 is a car i have always admired after reading the evo review years back, from some quick searching on eBay/AT they seem to be available for around £10k.

Am i the only person who thinks thats daft cheap? Considering its 1/400 made with some trick bits?

Well it was the first official Subaru to break the 280ps rule in Japan with the tweaked 2ltr engine, I saw one back in 2002 (in the yellow in Manchester), probably the best colour as you only see them on blue, black and white normally, but yes, a total bargain if you get one that has not been messed with, retains all the goodies like the Rays alloys and titanium exhaust, but people didn't like the bug eye's so..... frown

Immense cars but they bugs are naturally cheap. The S203 is around 15, S204 around 20 and so on. I can't see it depreciating so it's probably not a bad time to pick one up.

The market for an S202 is likely very small. Also - the examples for sale on AT and eBay aren't especially good ones.

I looked at getting a fresh import one before I had my blob eye, sadly at the time I needed a car fairly quickly so the 6-8 week shipping time put that ides to a stop. You can get a really clean nice car into the country for about 9 grand!
