Yes, thats the one, or was it a 2003 v limited wink but hey, it was the car that the Japs had to celebrate Petter's 2003 WRC championship, Europe got the Solberg Edition car (of which 500 were converted to the WR1), so yes, very rare indeed with maybe 4 in the UK?

First 2 (this may be one of them) came in to Prosport in Stockport where Pete purchased 2, saw them when they were new, the MH reg would agree with it being from Manchester so it could well be.

Tonysmile

PS will add that this 2003 V limited is missing its from STI spoiler frown

Good work gents,

You are right it's a limited addition PS JDM.

Knew I should have covered the number plate up...

Doh.

Yea it's had some suspension tweets to reduce the under steer,

The twin scroll is Amazing and I know wish I had bought a JDM many yrs ago as the UK turbo is Rubbish as it runs out of puff while the twin scroll just keeps giving...

I am glad you all like the car anyway.

Do you know why the 2003 V Limited is a standard STI and not a Spec C? wink

Not sure,

But it's great fun to drive ;-)

Looked at the spec C and I like this better due to noise and real life.

The Spec C was never homologation registered for 2003/4 so they used the Standard STI as the WRC car.

The Spec C's are noisier and dont have as many goodies on them so for most people the GL STI was a better option smile (I owned 2 Spec C's, loved them but not the easiest day to day car to live with), oh and twin scroll rules wink

When I saw you post yesterday I thought to myself that looks like a V limited but the other people have confirmed my suspicions. My mate owns a V Limited which I am hoping to buy and he has said before he thinks there might be 4 or 5 in the UK so you are right, a very rare car by UK standards.

That's right, not bought yet.

Collecting it on Sat... Very excited about :

A) having a real drivers car.

B) having a car that is "different" as I have started to notice that lack of Scooby on the road recently.

Arthur, any interior differences to the standard STi?

Enjoy the ownership!

It has this silly little "Shell card tray" which may become very useful.

This is just a play toy and not needed for "normal life" ... It's has to be said the 3" exhaust is bonkers loud at full chat.

Yea, I heard.

Seems I have kept it in the Scoobynet family lol.

I have a Massive A4 folder of every past receipt, amazing history.

Did you put the Bonkers 3" exhaust on it!

Got to get mufflers in that, or I could be def in 3 months.

Amazing car, thank you for looking after it before me.
