Hi guys a lovely lorry decided to blow a tyre in front of me and has dented my n/s/f wing. I've now received a new one and was going to fit it myself. Does any one have pictures/instructions on how to do it.

Honestly it's easy, no pic's though.

Jack her up and if possible stick it onto axle stands. Remove the wheel and the Wheel arch liner.
The headlight unit needs to come out along with the front grill and the side skirt.
Then it just unbolts, the ones under the bonnet are obvious, open the door and there's one in the door shut and one down the bottom hidden by the side skirt.
I had some trouble with the bottom fastener as it gets all the crap from the wheel fired at it and it wouldn't budge (even after repeated soakings with WD40). Eventually it snapped off but the sideskirt held the bottom in good enough.

Last time i did one it took under an hour. Just take some time to line things up so the shut line along the bonnet is right before you tighten everything up.

Thanks mate. I managed to do it last night and as someone who had never done it before I was quite impressed that it only took me two hours. Now I don't know about anyone else but the only change I would make to your reply was that ideally you need two people just to hold the win while refitting as I almost dropped it twice then got a friend to help hold it and it was a doddle after that. At same time I even tightened the alternator/steering belt as that was loose.

New found fondness for forums and YouTube videos make you question why I went to garages before for the cosmetic items on cars

No worries, I think i just used one of the under bonnet bolts to hold it in place and got all the others in loose before aligning it and tightening things up.
