I use Yoko AD08 on the road and they are superb, the "feel" is awesome and they are surprisingly grippy and predictable in the wet too. They just don't like cold temps - they have a warning sticker on telling you not to use or store them under 7 degrees so you do need winters too.
They utterly transformed the steering feel and precision of my p1.

Michelin Pilot Sport 3 or Super Sport would be my choice (I had the older PS2 on which the SS is based and found them awesome in the wet). The wet performance of the Eagle F1 A2 seems good but unfortunately I'm finding the sidewalls on them just way too soft, even when over pressured (2.6 bar).
thanks for the feedback guys;
I too looked at the AD08 - it's the fact its the mrs' car and isn't pushed too hard, so not getting much heat into them worried me a bit.
In the end plumped for a set of Mich pilot sport 2's (OK they are N rated but thats no bad thing)
same as on my Panamera, and they work pretty well there with quite a lot more power and weight !!
