BugEye light failure

Morning all
Have a 2001 WRX PPP Wagon with PPP front light cluster.
Dipped and Main beam stopped working. They were working yesterday whilst driving from UK to Munich (long old trip that!!) but getting up for work this morning, no go. The main beam flash however does work.
Closer inspection revealed a dipped beam lens crack - Could this have allowed water to ingress and short something or maybe play havoc with a relay? Any other suggestion??
Will I get replacements through Heathrow customs in my hand baggage or are there too many sharp sides.....
