Where does the fuel tank breather go?

Hi Guys,
On the Hawk can anyone tell me where the breather pipe from the fuel tank goes to?
I think it might be blocked or kinked as every time I take the filler cap off there's a suck of air into the tank. This can't be good and must be making the pump work harder than necessary.
