New Subaru dealer....MRG in Chippenham.
Discussion
Volvo's peerless dealer in Chippenham, Wiltshire have just announced their appointment as a Subaru dealer.
This is not that good news for the Volvo owning community who modify their cars, fair enough not many of us, but such is their reputation than many owners of modified and standard cars for that matter travel the length of the country to do business with them. They have promoted a Volvo track day at Castle Coombe these past four years and turned their hand to a 420bhp engine or two, the fitting of LSDs, specialist clutches, big brake kits, you name it they will undertake it and do it well and at sensible prices.
They remain an approved Volvo service centre which is good news for Volvo owners and others, considering the often iffy approved alternatives.
So, a fine, privately owned and managed business that looks after its staff and customers alike and are happy to get involved with petrolheads.
One hell of a loss to those idiots running Volvo UK.
Regards, Don.

We used them for our Impreza. Matched price from another dealer and were no hassle at all. We will go back.
The lady that rang for a debrief even promised to find me a gb270 wagon for 9k! I won't hold my breathe on that though.
Apparently they took Subaru as Volvo only wanted big towns so its Swindon for the Volvo owners now.

Just booked into MRG Chippenham tomorrow for a service on my 2007 Legacy Spec B Tourer, will post feedback on them afterwards. Price seems ok and they squeezed me in at short notice.
Have to say they were pretty good. Booked in at short notice, fairly painless service and friendly/ knowledgable to deal with. They would have been happy to lend me a BRZ if I'd given them more notice too. Would use again.Gassing Station | Subaru | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
