I just want to get home.

Although there may be a slight diversion to find virgin snow if it looks like fun.

Mine has been going places other cars can't get today with ease! All of the cars got stuck and couldn't get to the company car park and were abandoned on the road whilst my car is parked in the car park on its own!

If you've got a scooby over the next few days you will be going many places. Places others can only dream of going to in this weather....
......Like the shops. hehe

Seriously folks! Today i will be hunting those lonely old country roads in my Surf, where even the gritters don't go, in search of the ultimate snowy hill and abandoned vehicles!! £50 a tow biggrin

I had awesome fun driving the scoob home earlier today, loving the snowy conditions, just need to remember not to be too exuberant with the throttle.

Good fun to be had out in the snow and it's the 1st time i've driven the scoob in the snow. For those in the know, amd i best locking DCCD or leaving it in Auto mode?

Cheers and happy snow scoobing!

In my experience, best left in auto or even open mode for general driving, just switch it to lock for driving up/down hills in a straight line.

The lock mode really does make a difference. I've had it before where I simply couldn't pull away on an incline without setting it to lock, then it pulled away fine, an amazing bit of kit.

Oh and don't forget setting the dial as far back as possible if you want to go sideways!

Cheers Andy. Plenty of deliberate sideways action this afternoon in an empty car park biggrin

Shame on you, NDS. Here, left office yesterday at 14:00hrs and ventured...no, really played, for the next 2.5hrs around the empty village lanes of West Berkshire and South Oxon before heading northwards home to Woodstock. Simply had a blast of a time. Nothing mad, just much mild slidiness for many many miles. Then Snowbaru'd over to Warickshire last night. Haven't had so much fun with my clothes on for such a long time! Long may the white stuff continue party
