I have used Jon Ross Motorsport in North Shropshire (I know not North Wales but a hop over the border).
I used to live in North Wales (St.Asaph and Rhuallt) and there are a few scooby specific indies i know of. Equally these people are a multi-make garage. It isn't rocket science to do a Cambelt change on a scoob but you do need to know what you are doing.
IMHO, unless they have genuine experience with Impreza and have done several cambelts on these they wouldn't be touching mine. I do my own anyway but nevertheless.
Take a 30-60min drive out of North Wales and you have Scooby Tech - Wirral, Prosport - Stockport,
Demon Tweeks - Wrexham, Silverstone Motorsport - Deeside etc...
You don't have to go to someone that doesn't specialise when you have choices
