Rear exhaust Y piece needed on 2004 Legacy estate

Hi my exhaust is blowing at the rear Y piece - I understand this is pretty common.
Is this bit of the exhaust available on its own or do I need to buy more?

H&S has been mentioned - could someone tell me who / where they are.

Anyone used the guy in Leeds advertising stainless systems on ebay?
