Anyone now really like the Impreza hatch?

I don't know about you, but just in the last few weeks I'm really liking the Impreza hatch. I saw both a WRX S and 2012 STI, both in red at a dealer recently. I would seriously consider swapping my much adored and faithful wagon for the WRX S if I could afford to. Does any other die-hard Impreza owner also feel the same, or is the hatch still just too off the scale for some?

Latest Gen 4dr fan here. Just needs to be a bit lower, have a proper rear wing and a decent front lip!!

I hated the hatch when it came out but i've seen a few I dont mind the look off. However, I dont see myself ever wanting one. Especially when the 4dr version looks SOOO much better!

The hatch is a horrible GM Saab 9-2 with Jap mechanicals, balls to that. I love the saloon however.

Just brought a wrxs hatch....so yes,I'm liking the hatch :-) don't see many around which is a bonus.road tax costs are a bitter pill to swallow though.

The rear lights are the only thing I don't like about them.

I love the hatch best car i've had and that's including the likes of an R8 and 997 turbo cab. My hatch is a little special tho

I quite like the new saloon, and the hatch has slowly grown on me. Might get a saloon next with a big wing. It'll have to be out of warranty however, so I can put a massive loud exhaust on it and get Simon to remap it...

Give it another few years and they will be about 13K

I like the STI hatch with the big guards etc, nicely proportioned (better than the sedan IMO). Not so fussed on it with the skinnier rear like the early WRX version of it.

I've never found any Subaru that good to look at. The Legacy just about manages to blend itself in but most of the other models are just oddballs in my view!

The hatch just looks like an angry Rover 25

The recent revision is much better but you're still buying a tainted model. Nice in black though.
