The local friendly MOT station i used for years now has a new service manager that isn't so friendly so i'm looking to beg, steal or borrow, either a whole standard 2.0ltr newage WRX or STi exhaust system, or locate another friendly MOT garage in Northants.

Friendly MOT garage is preferable but i'll take the exhaust if there's no other option.

Get onto Ebay mate, you'll pick one up without any hassle, and very cheap too!

I've just been on eBay and they are not that cheap for 2nd hand OEM exhausts or parts of baring in mind some of them look like they are on their last legs.

There is a full system i had my eye on but it means a trek to Bradford so not worth it. I've no doubts something will turn up soon enough, my feelers are out wink

Hi I have a complete system removed from my '06 hawkeye wrx if that's any good? Original downpipe and centre section with wrsport box. Don't know if 2.0/2.5 is compatible though?!

I'm not 100% certain either but something tells me possibly not compatible, and i think that might be more down to how it's routed and where it's tethered under the car.

I'll try and find out, i may be wrong.

How much do you want for it if i can use it?

ETA: I've just had a quick look at both workshop manuals and they look identical but that might not be the same in practice.

It should fit. If anything the downpipe might not, but I am sure the rest is interchangeable.

After having looked at both workshop manuals even the downpipe looked identical but you never know.

Still waiting for a price on this 06 system scratchchin

I wasn't looking to pay that much. I'm watching one at the moment off a 2005 car on eBay for £50 and i still think that is a bit to much plus pay to go get it as well.

Thanks for the offer though.
