Just the normal servicing stuff plus brakes etc?
Are there some good specialists who deal in OEM/High quality parts or am I better off just going to Eurocarparts?
Also the rear bushes on the front suspension arm (probably not the proper name for it) are on the way out-can you get the bushes done separately or will I need to buy the whole unit intact?

Suspension bushes - I have a Gen-4 (MY2005). The front wishbone rear bush is a known failure. Subaru quote replacement arms at some outlandish price but you can get Powerflex replacement bushes which are much better than the originals and allow you to increase the amount of castor (a good thing).

Brakes... EBC Ultimax discs with RedStuff pads. These have been a revelation on mine. Get the fluid changed at the same time and you'll end up with a very firm pedal and massive amounts of cold and hot "bite".
Horsham Developments for the discs and EBC direct for the pads (best prices).

Fitting - well you'd need a press and a few suitably-sized press-tools to remove the old and fit the new. I'm having my local Formula-1 Autocentre fit mine in a couple of weeks. I'm handy, have loads of tools but I don't have a press and access under the car is so much easier if you've a proper lift. I'd rather pay to have these done, even though I fitted my own towbar and all 4 new brakes (discs and pads) over the past few months.
If you look at the Powerflex site, in the link I gave first, there's a diagram of all the bushes. It's quite handy but I'd suggest that unless you're going racing, replace both rear AND front bushes on the front wishbones and that will transform the car. I doubt you'd notice the rest unless you've got super-stiff springs and dampers.
