Looks like we're really going for it this season,5 signings already, much cash splashed.
With the expanded playoffs I'm guessing our owner sees it as now or never

Which team are you?

With Fernandes sold to Spurs for £85m (which is bonkers when you think that some teams in the Champ probably didn't cost that in total) and Summerville likely off to Man Utd for circa £50m that should cover our debt nicely - and the owner looking to pump around £100m in we should be ok financially this year which is all we could ask for at WH

Stoke.
With your money anything other than promotion will be seen as a failure but we've been there and done it, failure I mean smile

We should have some cash to buy players, the big thing is retaining key players like Bowen and Mavropanos
The squad is pretty thin at the moment and the number of games does worry me
Soucek got crocked at the WC so thats a blow

Bristol City have been doing some deals but nothing that gives any indication as to whether we’ll finish in playoffs or relegation zone laugh
My expectation is remaining mid table. Fingers crossed!

A mate of mine is a boro fan so was following the champ last season, it seemed bizarre how teams jumped around - Ipswich and Southampton coming from nowhere (although there is an issue with the latter right lol) and other teams freefalling.

And Sheff Utd sell Brooks.

An academy graduate.

To a rival.

For no needle moving fee.

Brooks has been noted as saying he likes the ambition of Norwich.

Buckling in for this season frown

It's all been outbound traffic at the moment (not counting backroom).

Bristol City will do their usual trick of starting strong, and then flirting with the relegation zone just before Christmas, before gradually pulling themselves back up to 7th or even 6th, ahead of finally realising that 10th is really comfy…

New manager will be interesting to follow - I know he did well with Lincoln but he has only been a professional manager for about 4 years. Could be sensational, could be a nightmare, just like every game in the Championship….biggrin
