QPR here. Nearly cancelled my season ticket due to the endless shenanigans at the club but decided to keep it in the end.

New manager, new coaching staff, new signings (all with the inevitable show reel).

Absolutely no idea how it's going to play out.

Looks like some Sheffield Wednesday players can rip up their contracts and leave for nothing .....the rest of the division looking on intently see who they can nab

Hull in trouble now, gone from potentially signing a player for £7 million to a transfer embargo because they owe Villa £1 million.
Too many clubs chasing the premier league golden ticket without having the resources to pay for it....not to mention the ridiculousness of the financial fair play regulations or whatever it's called now

Oxford fan here, hoping for a finish above the bottom three again this year and a yes on planning permission on the new stadium. The nimbys have been out in force against it but if we don’t get it it will be the death of us.

New season and a new manager for Bristol City after Liam Manning moved to Norwich, which is his home city. Gerard Struber is the new dude, having stayed at his previous two clubs for no more than 12 months each - and has a win rate of around 40% as a manager - which is about the same as Manning.

Made the play-offs last season because no other club seemed to want it, so I predict another season of bouncing around before settling into mid-table mediocrity.

First game is Sheff U at Bramhall Lane - who says there’s no humour in fixture lists…???

I'm already more optimistic for the Potters chances next season than I have been for years.
We've got an experienced manager in Mark Robins, we've cleared out some dead wood and made 3 promising signings in Sorba Thomas,Maksym Talovierov and now Mubama on loan from Man C.
Top half finish could finally be a possibility lol

Norwich Fan - already stupidly optimistic. New Manager, who appears to have hit the ground running, and 7 new signings by early July - all look good and targeted to address last seasons issues. If we can keep hold of a couple of players for another season, and bring in a little more quality, I can see a good season ahead of us.

Wrexham - No idea what to expect. Still feels surreal to be even in this conversation!

I think we could well be on the end of a couple of thrashings, but hopefully we can hold our own.

I'd be delighted to consolidate and end up mid table, but I said the same when we got into League 1, so maybe I'm not ambitious enough!

It's going to be an extremely tough season, some huge teams to play, so I hope the lads are up to the job.

Do you think there's going to be a point where Parky hits his glass ceiling and has to be replaced ? That could be a pivotal moment in your trajectory

Honestly got no idea what's going to happen. I know all the other teams are going to love beating us though, one of the highest profile clubs in the Championship, and zero Championship football experience to back it up yet. The team talks write themselves for the away teams.

It will be interesting to see how long the fans are willing to be patient with him if we start getting battered every week. I'm guessing not very long!

But yeah, just happy to be here and looking forward to the season now.

Can't wait for the season to start, we're a proper mess but missing the days out.

Ex QPR manager and assistant should be announced in the next 24 or so hours. Gonna end up with about an 8 points deduction, so would snap your hand off for a play off spot. I'm not interested in signings etc. We need to ship loads out and make use of the academy lads.

Huddersfield, Preston and Charlton the first 3 aways, will be doing all 3 beer

QPR season ticket holder here. It'll be interesting to see how Cifuentes works out for you. He did pretty well here on a limited budget and with a load of injuries in his 2nd season.

Seriously fell out with board though :-)

There's absolutely no reason why you'd get tonked every game.

5 points clear in 2nd place with 92 points is a decent haul in League One, which is also a tricky league.

And plenty of really poor teams in the Championship who will be thankful they didn't get dumped last year (partly down to my lot's generosity late on frown).

Parkinson's a battler, and seems to instill that in the team (have been a fan of Welcome to Wrexham - the edge might go off that now biggrin). Which is really what you need in a tough league.

I don't see you worrying the relegation zone. And would not surprise me to you half, if not top 6.

They looked sharp in the pre-season friendly yesterday with Brighton in Marbella, considering all the young players they have in their squad. Hope it goes well for you ⚽️

I only saw the highlights,2nd half when we put all the u21s on we struggled I think, goes to show how threadbare our squad is at the moment, need to make another 4 or 5 quality signings yet.
I'm expecting a slow start to the season, just hope the fans don't get on Robins back,we can be an impatient bunch.....if impatient is the right word after 10 seasons of decline smile

Birmingham fan here. Think we’ll find life a bit tougher this year. Some of the fanbase might be getting carried away too quickly! Will be happy with a top 10 finish!
