Ok, so let's not get partisan. But we all support a team, but own up you all watch others. So here we go...

Your team
Your London team
Your Manchester team
Your Lancashire (and Merseyside) team
Your North East team
Your Scottish team
Your no reason team

Obviously your team is your team. Nobody wants to argue with that. Here's mine...

Argyle
Fulham
---
Tranmere
York
Bonnyrigg
Charlton

I honestly have no Machester team. Perhaps someone can recommend one?

This isn't support, this is just that 'team' that you oddly watch for their results. I'm surely not on my own?

I'd never thought about this, but what you have said is right. I don't look out for these teams as such but find myself watching them more often than other teams

Your team - Norwich
Your London team - Arsenal
Your Manchester team - city
Your Lancashire (and Merseyside) team - genuinely don't have one
Your North East team - Newcastle
Your Scottish team - rangers
Your no reason team - Atalanta or Inter miami

Nope doesn't work like that for me.
My team for 59 years - West Ham
I look out for Fulham's results because my dad, uncles and brother all support them...
...and I watch a lot of Liverpool on TV because my wife supports them but I don't. And that's that. biggrin

"York is a walled city in northeast England that was founded by the ancient Romans. "

My team = Tottenham

Can honestly say I don't care about any other results.

It's not about caring about results. I couldn't name a player or the manager of any of the other teams. It's just a thing that if I happen to have the classified results on, those 'other' teams I subconsciously notice the result.

I’m in the South... so obviously I have always followed Liverpool, but my Son ‘supports’ them.
(But I don’t get technical like knowing the Players or Managers names...nightmares when England play).

My Brothers:
Southampton: A proper fan... Home, Away, Cups & Europe.
Reading.... whistle
But we all like it when Bournemouth do well.
Simples. thumbup

You can’t possibly have more than one team in the same league, that’s more plastic than a Airfix model.
Spurs but go to see Boreham wood with assorted sons quite often, because they’re our local team and a good watch plus a fiver a ticket

My team - Derby County
London team - West Ham I'd say, had a bit of a soft spot for them since the LMA Manager days on the playstation.
Manchester team - Probably Wigan if anyone, because they won the FAC, and even then I'm not THAT bothered.
Lancs/Merseyside - have to be Liverpool, probably because my old best mate supports them.
North East - I'd say Sunderland, but mostly again because of LMA Manager, and like Wigan, not THAT bothered.
Scottish - Kilmarnock, dad lives near there. One of the first non-Derby tops I got was a Killie GK shirt when I was probably about 7, as I was mad into goalkeeping at the time. I've still got it now (I'm 32). Also got a couple of their more recent outfield shirts.
Non reason team - no idea, if I think of one I'll come back to it.

My team: Hibernian
Other: Southampton (because I live in Chandlers Ford and my lad supports them.)

I've no idea why I would be expected to have a 'London team' or a 'Manchester team', quite a bizarre suggestion.

My team = Chelsea.

My other teams = whoever is playing at the time against the other 'big' prem clubs. I do not want other 'English' teams to do well in Europe so this is especially true in European competitions. Occasional exception when someone like Leicester qualify.

In general though I couldn't care less about the smaller prem clubs or the Scottish teams, so have no preference. Obvs be funny to see the likes of West Ham or Everton get relegated

My team: Exeter City. Look out for results of teams with ex-players, especially players that have moved up, Villa with Ollie Watkins for example. Also look out for local rivals purely because I’m hoping they’ve lost (which, this season, unfortunately, is something of a rarity).

The rest? Couldn’t care less (unless they’re in my Super Six).

If you support multiple teams, it must make the FA Cup etc a bit awkward... especially if they play each other.
