"One of the other teams", by which I mean Newcastle United, will finish above at least 3 of the teams you list.
Yeah, I think Newcastle are a decent shout for 5th, probably in there with Man U. Don't think they have enough to get CL place yet, but should finish above the Arse.

No Spurs fan would vote for Spurs in this poll. We're far too world-weary and wise

You could have made a good case for City even before they bought Haaland, now they've actually got a front man I can't see anything short of a devastating run of injuries stopping them.
Ironically, if anyone knows anything about a devastating run of injuries, it's Haaland. The jiffle king said:

Chelsea fan here. We have a better chance than Spurs. We've got a slim chance, and for them, it's fat chance! But realistically, neither of us will win it. Can't believe how many spurs fans think they even have a chance

I don't think any spurs fans think they have a chance - try finding a single spurs fan on the spurs thread who thinks spurs will win the league.
Spurs will finish 3rd.
Man City with Haaland should be even better than last year.
The other guy they bought Alvarez looks a player and he's going to be a surprise package for this year.
Liverpool will be close again, Diaz will have improved further and I can see Nunez scoring often despite all the preseason banter with him.
They have decent depth as will with Jota and Carvalho.
Chelsea may miss out on top 4, there's something off about them as a team and I don't think they have enough goals up front.
However they should concede less with their defensive options especially if they sign the guys they are linked with.
Arsenal have bought well and Jesus should get about 15+ goals in this team.
However quality in depth is still their problem.
An injury to Partey could see their season derailed again but I expect them to make top 4 as they have improved well in defence and up front.
They may pick up a FA Cup again and potentially the Europa League.
Spurs like Arsenal have bought well and have a good manager, the battle with Arsenal for top 4 should be really good this year but I expect both to make it at Chelsea's expense, unless there's some sort of meltdown from Conte and he walks away it should be pretty much same as last year.
Potential to win a domestic cup if Conte prioritises it but I think he will be looking for league and CL run which means they won't win anything.
Man Utd will be more cohesive than previous years but I'm not sure they have bought well enough to make a push for top 4, it will take a heck of a turnaround with the players they have currently to push for it unless ETH is some sort of wonder manager but it's too early to judge them, so a bit of an unknown going into next season.
They should get top 6.

Quite surprised at the percentage going to Spurs, even as a West Ham supporter I am going for City, so that 5% for the Hammers is not me It is rather fun to see them on equal ranking with Liverpool, something that I can't imagine in reality! However, it will be interesting to see how the 'Pool get on with Mané because in my view he was more productive than Salah last season. I'll be happy of we're there or thereabouts around the top 5 or 6 and get a Europa League spot.
