How about those clapping, thought about how many other children they don't know are at risk, and ask what they can do personally to help.

My niece is a senior social worker specialising in child protection in a Northern City. She has written to senior managers expressing professional concerns at her staff's inability to cope with demand. And the risks.

Children have been shat on by this Government.

They should do far more ... and tbh footballers are probably in a good position to speak out and speak up for children.
